Yeah, strange how her mother paints her like she idolizes and loves her but at the least neglects her, or worse. Some people care, it's just a question of it that makes an actual difference. Even those people that don't give a fuck can at least understand on some level how messed up it is to have your life set on a certain trajectory and it being determined to go this way with little chance of being able to do change it.
