No. Usually, if you host CP, some child protection services or whatever the fuck organization that scan the web for CSAM send the admin or the host provider an email to take down the flagged content. The admin complies with their request and that's it.
The owner of archived.moe has like tera of CSAM on his hard drives that he periodically takes down as soon as it gets flagged, and he never went to jail or anything.
