You have an unrealistic and overly ideal way of thinking that her getting hitched is going to solve all of her problems. It won't. These aren't things that cause direct change, merely something that can influence them and make it easier IF and ONLY if she chooses to pursue it. And if she believes she isn't able to, or doesn't need to make these changes it doesn't matter what fortunate events happen. She will be unable to appreciate them and unable take advantage of these new resources people are handing out.

Change is in her hands. There are no cheat codes to this, it is always and only achieved when someone WANTS to make progress in their life.
