It's piss easy. Do the same thing every other website has been doing since the 80s.
When creating an account, have an option for male or female. Then use those pronouns.
I'll even extend an olive branch: If anyone personally doesnt care or wants their genitals a secret or something, just pick one at random, or pick a male one.
