I don't like it and I don't think it's very flattering. It's not horrible or ugly or anything but you and most girls would be better off even with a normal cut in a sloppy ponytail or bun than going to the hairdresser to get all done up and feel special. I see a pic with your bangs parted and your forehead looks normal enough.
