Well look at it this way, she had just gotten out of an abusive relationship with Sam Hyde and this Charlie dude was a 27 year old (or whatever late 20s age) manipulator who had a harem of female orbiters. And Marky was still in her late teens at the time. The Russian guy scoring her after all those relationships is more skillful imo although he caught her at a low point as well.
