She's been vocal about hating meds and psychiatry and how she was on meds as a teenager but they made her feel worse. But she's also been vocal about struggling with scrupulosity/OCD for her entire life, so she probably still struggles with it. I assume it's less severe than it used to be since she can function more normally now, but it's not the kind of thing that goes away even with therapy or working meds.

But considering she experimented with psychedelics like acid and mushrooms to try to help her OCD im guessing she doesnt think smoking is sinful.
