She was doomed with her BPD, possible developmental problems, concussions, and opioid addiction. The only way to intervene would have been when Ciara was young and given a diagnosis, possibly for autism, and then given proper treatment and therapy to better integrate. Then she doesn't get hooked on opioids at 14 by some skeevy older boyfriend. I actually think Ciara dying at 19 might be the merciful thing because she was just gonna suffer for decades if she lived before inevitably dying of an overdose.
