So she's killed in the back seat? I always thought she was sitting in the passenger side seat in the front, but looks like it's not. So it looks like she was sitting right side in the back and he stabs her to death. Then he pushes her body down so it can't be seen by passer bys. Was he seated beside her when he was stabbing her or was he in the drivers seat?
