It's definitely a little puzzling and vague, but referring back to >>84043 I'd say it's a combination of 1 and 2. She has been outed as a liar many times before by multiple people and that's why 3 I don't even consider as a possibility.
It's weird that she's willing to admit to some pretty fucked up stuff like the pegging and the hooking up via 4chan/social media but draws the line at some other seemingly minor things. Seems to me and it's even kind of obvious if anyone was in her situation that admitting to having done all the things you're accused of (that did happen) would somehow ruin an already ruined reputation, so she's trying to salvage what's left of it by denying some of the "minor charges" even if she wants to appear truthful by admitting to some other more damning ones.
