We ban whenever we see him. He's always evading though that's the only way he can post here. Nearly all of his posts we delete as well when we see them, except for maybe a few that we think are worth keeping up for one reason or another. I cleared a few reports just now so there shouldn't be many recent posts of his on the board, though. If there are I haven't seen them. Sometimes these things just take a while to get to.
