Yes, I was also always impressed with her political leanings and how knowledgeable she was at such a young age when most girls her age were talking about designer clothes and the latest lipstick color. Like you I didn't start taking an interest in politically conservative views until I was about 17-18 years old.

I like to think she has stayed pretty much the same with her political views even if she's attending college now where they try to brainwash students with the Marxist socialist political views. But she seemed to have a mind of her own and incapable of being brainwashed.
