Real Ashley or fake Ashley, I'm done for new stuff. I'm done for a wacky new era. My issue was how much damage to the board we would be willing to accept if nuAshley went postal but I realize now that's based on nothing. It's not like we have a dedicated archive thread or whatever we'd be losing, and it's not like she'd be the bo. Worst comes to worse, everyone would get banned I guess? But all that would come from that is the bo giving her the axe, removing the bans, or people just switching ip's. So whatever.

>We do not have claws or sharp teeth.
We have canines. Our teeth are varied enough to provide the ability to sheer and grind.
>cook their meat
>repulsed by raw meat
In the span of humanity's timeline, tho, how recent is cooking? Agricultural supposedly popped up no later than 10,000bc. The whole point of the appendix, it is thought, is that it filters out stuff from the consumption of raw meat.
>some plants communicate
To build on this, some plants will even attack other plants, using their roots to fuck with the roots of others so they don't grow and die off. There's also the belief that cutting grass releases a chemical which attracts pests like wasps and mosquitoes as some sort of wacky defense mechanism. I don't know about that one, that seems a little bullshit, but it got published in a journal or something somewhere some years back.
>the animal is more abused
I don't think anybody would disagree. How a plant experiences reality is not the same as animal, and it is plenty fair, as you explain it, to say that their experiences of reality are leagues more acute than a plant's.
