Well, as you can probably already tell, I'm all for the abuse of power when I'm the one in power. I'd only ever share it with someone worthy and only ever surrender it for someone I loved. Clearly, the board owner believes himself to be at your level. He obviously must hate you as much as he hates himself for not being as pretty as you. If I was him, I'd hand over the board and then walk my ass into oncoming traffic.
