This guy screams at his dogs at the top of his lungs the whole time he walks them past here. Every day. The foulest language.
It is just so ridiculous. I feel like saying something to him but he probably has some sort of intellectual disability and from the way he conducts himself I doubt he would appreciate being talked to about it, no matter how polite I was.
