Mine's called EAPA but I think there is a different company for each state that offers it. You have to say you are experiencing financial hardship like unexpected car repairs or expensive doctors or specialists visits and then once you've applied they stop your electricity bills for like 2 months and you don't have to pay it until they make a decision.
Almost as good as a one off 750$ cenno bonus. It's 400$ off a bill and you can just keep applying every bill cycle
