If you are referring to the nordiness, well the dude who sent me the 11 x 10nf 100v capacitors and the 7 x 100nf 100v capacitors instead of 9 of each said he would send me the 2 100nfs I was missing provided I returned the 2 extra 10nfs. So I did. I might have just accidentally charged them up before putting them in the envelope.
