The 'Squatting Pensioners' I call them, and in bad cases are "Housos Of The Road". They get their $1100/fortnight/person Oldiebux, and could easily afford to stay at Caravan/Trailer parks or even Retirement Homes, but instead stay permanently at campgrounds pretending to be Poor Desperate Homeless People. Campgrounds with a Bottle Shop nearby. They excel at ripping-off stuff that the local community intend for Travelers and actual-doing-it-tough Homeless. Vandalism is common with them too, as they can just pack up and leave when the council shows up, leaving the blame on those who can't, and the repair costs on the community that was nice enough to provide the campground. When I recently returned from Queensland to NSW, 4 campgrounds in a row had the locked power-boxes cut open, when they were unvandalised a month earlier.
