Actually 4chan needs to be targeted.
Going to other small chans just create unfriendly rivalry, anger and jealousy.
But the Anons on 4chan has to be presented with options and not a specific chan, they should be told there are alternatives, all having their pros and cons.
The worst of 4chan won't go anywhere else tho, they are too much a spergs to accept change.
