I've got a pain in my upper chest and lower throat. I don't know how to describe it other than as a stabbing pain. Had two panadol, an ibuprofen and a pepto bismol. Reading about it on the internet sounds like heartburn but I don't think that is it. I guess we will wait and see. It hurts to breathe in deeply.
