The DSP application then needs to be filled out by a doctor. You could get your GP to do it but I would ask the mong doc.
If the mong doc is not willing to he can at least provide a letter outlining the extent of your alcoholism and how this impairs your functioning. Then your GP would fill out the application forms and send them to Centrelink for you.
