Silverside is in the slow cooker with 1 onion, 2 carrots, 2 bay leaves, 12 peppercorns, 6 cloves, 2 tbsp of white sugar (had no brown), 1/2 cup of white vinegar (had no malt) and some celery salt.
Was going to put some mustard seeds in too but didnt.
Thought about honey in substitutwe for sugat but didnt.
