Made a veg biriyani with half the rice, the liquid that was inside the pork bag will become a special kind of soup I've only ever seen at hainanese brazierries. Could use it for a single serve of ramen


Pork is in the oven. Unfortunately there was a blood soaking bag inside the plastic bag which got boiled, but I believe it's just cellulose and silicate so should be inert.
