Based, and yes you're right. I didn't keep a logbook but for a while I was doing well for around a year, got to 2pl8 bench for 3x5 and was killing it in a lot of ways but I am manic depressive and need to be stabilized. It's ruining my life, these mixed episodes will unironically kill me if it continues without antipsychotics. But I'll still be here improoving. Also fuck smart watches because muh freedoms.
