I have made up another batch of dough for more baguettes. Same recipe except this time I am using the cheap flour instead of the bread flour. Less than half the cost.
The dough will proof overnight and into the oven in the morning. I will use a baking tray this time, I didn't like that paper on the tray method. There was flour all over the oven and the paper burned at the back.
