I would review the tax implications. In Australia, it might create a complex tax return, as all these transactions can be considered events and the ATO will want their cut (i.e., some providers of Crypto disclose it to the ATO and it is calculated automatically)
If it gets big enough, someone will try to manipulate it and take the profits.
If there are enough agents doing it, it is going to become a matter of speed.
