As he says the text is just too long for the LLMs to parse it. There's a fugging limit how much crap a user can feed to it. Perhaps a self hosted instance could be different but it's damn sure what you use online will have constraints set up by these companies to prevent users "abusing" the service, hogging the resources.
Can you self host GPT, or can only access it via API at best? Or Grok?
