Smokers on DSP should get issued a ration of government tobacco. Most of those cunts would never give it up anyway, society might as well stop making them suffer and enriching crims. All of them would be buying black tobacco anyway. Sick of this prohibition that just harms society. That said, the best solution is to put all smokers in concentration camps.
