It's in half of the non-response proceedures.
We usually say after no one's answering, you call the client, next of kin, then sapol. Some dont want you to.
We're pretty specific.
All the steps need to be time measured.
So one I did yesterday is:
SW will arrive at front door and knock, wait 5 mins, then knock again.
If no response, SW will call office on 87654572.
SW will request to speak with CM or DO.
DO will call client once, wait 5 mins
If no response, then call Bill
If no response, call Jill's work number In case notes because she doesn't look at her personal phone while working
If no response, call SAPOL on 131444 and request welfare check.
CM will advise SW when they can leave.
