How to operate an illegal site

3. VPS payment with Monero or laundered cryptocurrency (exchange at Exodus or Atomic wallet. You cannot track it through Monero in the middle)
4. Even when connecting to the server for operation, use Whonix
5. Cryptocurrency earned through operation is laundered in the same way
