Pretty damn sure if there are male prison guards in a female prison many would and have taken advantage of such opportunity, I could see the female prisoners doing such things for favors too like having the guards sneak in good food, cigarette cartons, booze, maybe even drugs. Corruption and graft is everywhere in government institutions today. Pay to play, bribery, extortion, blackmail, exploitation, fraud, you name it.
