Had a wonderful Christmas this year, relatives have all left now heading back to their homes. Mostly pleasant except for one minor squabble (over a political debate of-course, which was de-escalated: "agree to disagree"). My Christmas music collection was a hit, yes!!! The scotch and eggnog (among other cocktails) were all a hit, yes!!! One person did not show due to weather concerns. The weather was brutal but we were all comfy thanks to the wood burning stove and the fact we still had electricity. Overall I'd say Christmas was not bad. Have had better times, but have had much worse times too. We'll see if we can't make it even better next year.
