I would like each post to show the timestamp with this info:
timezone, year, month, day, hour, minute, second

Endchan only has this info:
timezone, year, month, day, hour, minute

I like how UTC is the default timezone, but each post is missing metadata regarding which second of the minute the post was posted in. Posts have this metadata: "... 19:20:00", "... 05:10:00", "... 09:55:00", etc. They all specify the second "00" (first second of the minute), which is false and incorrect.
