8kun has some boards that are left totally unmoderated and you can pretty much post anything... but, beware there will be the potential for CP and gore spam and you'll have to global report it to have it taken down. There are also some crazy meth heads who post there too and will troll people talking shit all day long. Another downside would be the fact a lot of those boards don't have many, if any regular, users. This one board here has more people than most of the other boards on 8kun.
