It is indeed like Retroshare, only that it uses blockchain technology for some reason. I do believe this could be really useful for smaller businesses when it comes to cybersecurity and privacy. I'm a little concerned how online end users will utilize this. According to Wikipedia, Retroshare hasn't had an active code audit since, but had stable updates over these years.

Security vulnerabilities remains at large for such file-sharing, friend-to-friend computer network, especially Retroshare.

Restroshare is now utterly useless when it comes to modern-day anonymity now. It's pretty shameful.
