The full set of about 1 000 images from her icloud has leaked now. Along with those 1 000 images there was also about 800 videos files like this one (2-3 seconds long) which includes 1 second ahead and 1 second after each image ("iPhone live photo"). The video you posted doesn't have a "longer version" because its one of those live photo videos.

If someone tries to scam you by asking you to pay for the "full version" of a 2-3 second clip, don't get scammed.
