By neoliberalism I'm referring to an economic system in which possessing capital generates wealth, whereas productive labor does not. We've basically gone full circle back to feudalism. Except it's a kind of neo-feudalism where technology and finance are the dominant forces instead of land ownership. And honestly, that isn't necessarily a bad thing. Feudalism is how humanity functioned for most of history.
