At least for now AI is just a tool. It is a very advanced tool that will change the way people use the internet and utilities overall but it is still a tool, it can be used for both good and evil and probably will be used for both. Citizens will mostly use it fore creativity and art while militaries and governments will use it to spy on and murder people. Of-course this is always the result in human history sadly. Nothing will change, just the technology is all.
