I suspect her IG numbers going down is IG pruning out fake and inactive accounts. They have to do it over time rather than in one go to stop people panicking from a sudden drop.
The real question is why her numbers are not going up enough to offset it. I know I pay less attention to her IG now it just seems to be there to push her Patreon but I dont think that explains the bigger picture.
