Yeah, most of the story can be explained as her brother being a dick to her. It's not nice but it's nothing weird. The weird and disgusting part is when he allegedly pinned her to the wall and made some weird sexual comments. But like I said, she's not very reliable narrator and actually has history of wrongly accusing people of making sexual advances towards her (Deepsauce, Seth sending her Pornhub vid..). So yeah, it's up to you if you believe her on this.
