If You open a share link that looks like this https://vm.tiktok.com/xxxxxxxxx/ in a web browser it will redirect you in this case to "https://www.tiktok.com/@bonbibonkers/video/7399349211180895531" [Embed]
tiktok.com may display an error: "Page not available". Stories seem to not work right now in a web browser (logged in or not).
Simply copy that url with video number or just the video number and paste it on tikwm.com to download.
