>Artyom Proskuryakov has been provisionally suspended by the UCI. The International Cycling Union has suspended the 18-year-old cyclist from Azerbaijan due to a positive doping test during the recent UCI Road World Championships in Rwanda. Traces of methamphetamine, also known as crystal meth, were found in this test.
