Change gears a lot. Go real slow up rampas. Keep an eye on power numbers. A bit weird way to ride and I don't always, but I kind of make a game out of it. I don't think there's any point to being this autistic about it honestly. Also try to keep my coasting time as low as possible (which does make a little sense in terms of getting more benefit for the time spent).
