Reason Why National Government Must Allow & Recruit Foreigners To Work In Neutral Department

There are many department and groups in any national government.
Many nations only allowed their people work in the authority but not allow foreigners at all.
That rules/laws should be changed if you want your national government work better and more creative.

There are many departments that are harmless such as corruption report, or policy advice/suggestion.

Because the “foreigners” will never able to become top important position such as President or Top Ministers so they won’t have any “corrupt motivation” to giving bad advice or “pick sides”.

Another reason is the the people from outside usually have better vision/view about the game of the inside.
Just like in the battlefield between army, if you can have an advisor that watch and follow the battle from the speculator position, then you will give an huge boost to win the game.

People from other culture always can give you more creative ideas/suggestion than the people was born in your country.
