If you don't vote - you are just stupid and lazy; you are looking for an excuse to not get off your ass and vote.

Simple logic:

- if the elections are rigged, your vote may or may not count. If you vote, your vote may or may not be counted or matter.

- if the elections are not rigged, your vote will count.

So NOT voting is stupid considering you have a greater chance of your vote mattering than not mattering.
