<Full Disclosure, this is a very old project currently maintained maybe for a few hours a week by me and from time to time a friendly contributor. Its target is not at all to provide as much security as possible. Sadly there are very few developers interested in XMPP these days. Thats because most projects are lacking in every aspect.
