On this I would like to add that an issue with Hitman and the moderation is that you would be banned for reporting him, with the reason given as "false report" or somesuch. As you'd expect, this didn't help thread quality at all given that the ones who report usually are those who don't try to make things worse.
If this will start again now that his ban expired is yet to be seen.

And unless I'm getting things mixed up, what got him banned wasn't his incessant shitposting and baiting, but him posting animal torture videos on /pol/
