This one seems to me he's admitting he's been doing it for awhile, so he's clearly the /news/ and /pol/ repeated message spammer who's been doing it for months. I don't blame the entire community of /sp/orts but it could be their actual BO ChinkyRaccoon.
Edit: I just removed a long-winded dox of some Brazilian named "Allan Lopes Dos Santos" and banned the person who posted it (here of all places). No idea what the fuck that was even about.
