In Qatar (hosting the 2022 world cup of football ), like in some other arab/muslim countries, they impose restrict laws/rules about clothing, specially for woman. Most of the rest of the world is not that picky about clothing; even though, clothes are very important to humans because most people superficially judge others in seconds based only in appearance.
We are not that picky about clothing. Currently, we don't have any attribute (core characteristic) about clothing. We prefer to rise a good personality/attitude over appearance (mind over matter/body).
