The Church of Scientology seem to be an unusual mix between science and religion. Some people believe that their teachings as just science fiction and nothing else. As science and education (based in science) is used around the world, the number of people that believe that religions are just fairy tails increase, they think that religious people took seriously fictional stories (or science fiction, because in theory, their stories could be possible).
We have a belief system based in science/facts, but of course, there is more that we cannot verify (verification). All that we think is impossible could be possible somehow, we are still evolving and ascending.
